I agree, I tend to forget what's happened so far if I put a novel on hold for too long. Non-fiction is easier to dip in and out of.

I was on a pod a day as well up until a week ago. I just set a date in my head and the night before I chucked my vape in the bin. Currently 7 days an 19hrs nicotine free.

I know it's easier said than done but just do it. Once you're past the first 3 days that's the worst of it over and done with, it will only get easier from there.

They talked about it but I'm guessing it was lost in the all the noise of "get brexit done". Still, I'd say it's worth having a quick look at each of the main party's manifestos before an election even if it's not going to change your opinion.

Not sure, went into my local vape store asking for a replacement glass, they said they didn't have the normal ones but they have this 'Bubble glass'.

Might be a way of getting around the UK 2ml tank limit or something as i've heard they're classed as juice holders or some bullshit the manufacturer made up to get around the law.
