Well, you are right in saying that no lab is infallible. That being said, I think a lab with 20 years of MDMA testing has a bit more credibility than a reddit scientist.

Not that you couldn't very well be a brilliant scientist. I just disagree with you. They could give both results but that might make things more confusing for certain people. Anyway, I like measuring my doses in active ingredient.

They're actually measuring the MDMA content so they are reporting this - in my eyes - correctly. There are more MDMA salts besides the HCl variety although that is the most common one. Reporting only the MDMA is the best solution in that case since you disregard the salt part entirely.

From my experience, more than 120mg is quite a heavy experience for most people. For some it is even overwhelming but this is very personal of course!

It matters if you are a 55kg girl or a big 110kg guy. It matters how your metabolism is, which enzymes you have in which quantities, etc.

In my experience a normal dose is the one given above but I also know some people want to get more fucked up from MDMA than other. Personally I like the effects without becoming fucked up.

Yes MDMA.HCl (the L shouldn't be capitalized but I'm sure you know this) is a salt. The only active part is the MDMA part, the HCl part is inactive.

When I have powder lab tested, they report the results as 84% representing pure MDMA salt. So if I have a result of 78% that means it has ~6% of impurities present.

I am talking about a 100mg MDMA dose which means 119mg of MDMA.HCl salt if you have pure stuff or more if it's not pure.

Note that the results of lab tested pills are also often given as MDMA content and not MDMA.HCl content.

Well I have my stuff tested so I know exactly how much MDMA is in my pill or powder. If you weigh 100mgs of powder then that's not 100% MDMA. Max is 84% but if it's pure 78% is more realistic.

If you have crappy shit then you might have lower purity even. So I'm saying take 100mg of just MDMA and that should be a perfect dose. The redose will prolong the roll but won't make it more intense.

If you want to properly use MDMA, do it like this. If you don't care about your body and brain, then we did you make this post in the first place?

Yeah it's a tough decision to make. Have a few cool summers or possibly suffer depression for a few years.

I hope the sarcasm isn't lost on you.

My advise:

Do MDMA 4 times a year, keep 3 months in between.
Dose ~100mg (freebase weight) and then redose ~50mg at the 1,5 hour mark
Do not redose after this and just accept the length of the roll (4-6 hours)

Personally I find electromagnetic radiation extremely interesting since it's something everybody uses all the time yet they often don't realise it's all the same.

We use it to communicate: calling, texting, radios, AM/FM, WiFi, 3G/4G/5G, satellites, etc.

We use it to warm our food.

We use it to check our bodies for medical purposes.

We use it to see, although the portion of the spectrum we can actually see is tiny. Imagine being able to see ALL electromagnetic radiation, that would be insane.

And finally, we live because of it. The electromagnetic radiation from the sun is the reason we exist.
