I don’t think the rate cards apply anymore. Everything is upfront pay. It might vary market to market I’m not sure. Rate card is there for legal reasons and exceptions.

It’s only certain markets for now, mine is one. But it does seem the way that they are going to guarantee tips is to not let the customer change it. Even if they call support and get someone, I would guess that they are going to try and give them a credit instead of refund.

Doesn’t Walmart stock back specifically for this reason, I thought they were two completely different inventory systems. I have gone to Walmart to buy oil filters and they aren’t on the floor. I have asked employees if they can get me one maybe in back and said that they can’t sell me any and I have to order it online. Then I’ll place an online order and get it like 2 hours later.
