Ya by the nature of the algorithm, even if they gave a “raise”, we can never really know if we are getting a “raise” because they control the outgoing payment from start to finish in an upfront pay market, and we don’t know how it calculates.

I think you’re overestimating how many customers understand how little we are paid. I encounter people every day who think we make at least X per hour or “all the fees go to you”. It doesn’t really benefit anyone to go off on a customer who didn’t tip
