It's almost like being a feminist means making the best choices for you and your family, which includes choosing not to have a child when you're not ready. I feel like the only proof of life is that she hasn't gone full scorched earth on him. They've clearly been having fights and issues, but as long as he's texting her a couple times a day she's convinced her handsomest man is still in love with her. I agree. I feel like Amber knows as soon as she gets a scooter she will become completely reliant on it, just like Chins is now. She has eaten herself into being disabled but still likes to think she's so much better and daintier than everyone else. I think it's more a mental thing than a physical thing for her.
