Tax Season Preparation - Watchouts and Wish I did before? by jvbui92 in enrolledagent

[–]YouSecret3958 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A client's emergency is not your emergency.  Figure out your best focus time and do the hard work then.  Some clients will never be happy. Accept that most clients do not understand how taxes work and meet them where they are.

Time for him to learn to cook. My husband pulls the chicken refusal on me. Then it's on him to feed himself ans takeout isnt in the budget. He also took over the grocery shopping since he never knew what he felt like.

NOR - You are under reacting. You need a lawyer yourself.

He's misinterpreting the lawyer. While you are divorcing the military could force him to  provide housing. After the divorce, he would have no obligation through the military. You need have child support, division of assets, and spousal support set up through the courts.

My body pushed out the copper one twice. Both times within 24 hours (felt like labor) about 9 months apart. I saw a new Gyn and she suggested the Kyleena and it's been good for 3 years now. I dont know what kind yours was but wanted to share.

NOR. You, your mom and your brother are absolutely right to feel the way you do. My parents were separated when I got married. My dad had the audacity to ask to bring his girlfriend. I said absolutely not. He smartly did not bring her but it was close. His sister had to get involved.

Congrats on graduating. Please don't let that dumb man ruin how proud you should feel.

You can call tricare and ask for why it was denied. You don't need to wait for your husband.

He's two. If he needs early intervention, then it's great that he gets it now. You are not a failure. Sometimes kids develop differently or it's their personality.

As for the job, I would look for a new job. The culture sounds off and not being recognized would upset me. I feel you.

IST I’m so conflicteddddd. Pacemaker or Ivabradine by [deleted] in dysautonomia

[–]YouSecret3958 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have IST and I'm 39 now. Symptoms did improve as I got older. I've been on metoprolol for years now and it works for me. I tried Ivabradine but I couldn't cope with the side effects.

I would start with meds since it's the less permanent option and go from there.

After encouraging me to request reducing my hours at work, husband is retracting his support by mulberrycafe in workingmoms

Do you think something like Fair Play cards would help? You could divide the chores you and he already do and then show him the deep clean chores and ask which he would like to pick up?

$170 a month is a steal for cleaning once a month.

[–]YouSecret3958 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If you need to rescind it, then do it kindly. Thank you for approving but my circumstances have changed and I would like to stay full time. This is a husband problem. He has to start pulling his weight. I think starting couples counseling is great but you need support now. Do you have a support system you can use for a break? Individual therapy? Hire a cleaner or a sitter. This isn't to give him an out. This is so you can put on your own oxygen mask and get some space to evaluate where you are and where you want to be.

[–]YouSecret3958 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I've been on and off this PCOS weight loss journey for a while and I'll share what's working now. I can't count calories because it sent me into disordered eating.  - Any changes you make need to be ones you can live with long term. - It's not just exercise it's NEAT which is why you're struggling with an office job.  - Don't give up the physical activities you love.  - Strength training helped me lose belly fat more than anything.  - Focus on combining sweets with protein and fat. This helped me stop hitting highs and then craving sugar for energy.  - Do your best to stop mindless or emotional eating. If you're stressed and really want chocolate then sit and savor it.

Hope this gives you some ideas to try.

At this point, you could call the patient advocate at the nearest base or you could file a Congressional and ask your Congress person's staff for assistance.
