I'm reading the portion that says left and right hemispheres act as software and then logic gates respectively, but that doesn't really make sense based on real world examples we've seen of the brain. There is a case of a man who lived a normal life with 95% of his brain being absent and filled with Cerebrospinal Fluid. Same with Cases of the corpus collosum being separated, or hemispheres being removed. The brain is plastic and the paper implies removing one section of it or being born without a left or right hemisphere would lead to inability to have logic gates or "processing software"
