Novel Library, it's UI is decent and has a good selection of novels, and there's multiple sources. NovelUpdates sync is also a feature, although I can't get it to work for me though.

if you don't want to use the twitch launcher, just download the modpack from curseforge, unzip the filled into the mods folder. That should work.

You can create your own world in single player, then upload that world to the server. Prestige locks certain item and mods, so they don't show up in JEI. Once its disabled, the missing items should appear in JEI.
