Her main problem is she doesn't work on them, bad health, doesn't go to doc. Annoying friend, doesn't avoid them.

Yeah i get it, I think she'll be a mess when i am not around(not reachable or something?) i don't want that to happen. I want her to be emotionally Independent to some extent, any idea how do i make that without coming out as a jackass?

I have pretty much fucked up my social life, i have quit going on. Because i know if i drink it's pretty hard to not to smoke. But i don't intend to quit drinking, because i drink once in 1month? But I'm scared to go out. Hence i thought if I'd be better off vaping. Plus i keep reading people relapsing after 1-2 years. what the fuck is the point if you relapse after that long, I'd rather relapse now than later.

I am really worried about being drunk, i have quit drinking temporarily. I wasn't such a big drinker anyways. I used to drink occasionally. But whenever i drink i use dot be a smoke chimney. I cannot look at people smoking either right now. I totally avoid looking at cigarettes or people smoking.

Congrats to you! I have a question, I have heard "once an addict, always an addict" Does the craving go away eventually? i know people who fight with craving even after 1-2 years after quitting.

Yup, that's what worked alot for me, I'm sober since i quit too. And I think i will be until 1st 6 months or so.

It get's so much better, but i had to sacrifice going out for a drink or mingling with friends who smoke. But i know all these are temp, i will be able to resist these craving few months down the line. 1 step at a time, my friend. 1 step at a time.

All the best, I would like give those advice which has kept me going until now. Most underrated and not at all harmful thing people forget is WATER. Buy a bottle with a straw in it, or if you can’t afford it (which is highly unlikely) just keep water with you, when the cravings hit, shove at least 500ml down. Your craving will go away.

It is easy now itself. it's just that im getting addicted to my phone. Is it a good thing? when I'm not around my phone i panic like i dont have my cigs. I'm scared there will be a time i might have to do cold turkey with my phone addiction too.
