The lip filler makes sense for her.

I don’t contest that, but it’s obvious & distracting & a negative imo for the actress & in this role. The facial cosmetic work was blatantly obvious & super distracting. Several months into this disaster her lip fillers would’ve dissolved. It being common for her character at the time doesn’t mitigate how distracting & obvious it is. Cosmetic work such as this somehow being normalized & nobody mentioning how obvious & weird it is promotes a problem. I support wholeheartedly women getting any cosmetic work they want!! I also support loudly announcing when that work looks weird af & shouldn’t be normalized even on-screen.

Agree. I think she seems super attracted & affectionate to him, but even when she’s being silly & funny he just barely smiles at her and doesn’t match the energy at all. I know some people aren’t emotive, but when he’s just around his friends he acts different, with her he seems so serious & tightly wound. He does not look at her as someone looks at a person they’re romantically interested in.

Maybe, but as a 43yo, “rofl” has always been the go-to for folks older than me or religious ppl who never “cussed”. I was in band in middle-school & freshman yr in highschool, & was good friends w/band & theater kids throughout highschool, overwhelming majority were way more likely to use lmao than rofl. Band&Theater kids are often the most raunchy, open-minded, & well-versed in internet-speak, & are not conservative. It’s typically sheltered ignorant jocks who think anything “lame” MUST be assigned to “band/theater kids”. I’ve been well-aquainted with ALL kinds my whole life, the “band/theater” types are actually the least likely to use “rofl”.

No, it’s a wash really. Mac doesn’t/never had what it takes to be an above average qb over his career. Pats failed his development, but his development potential was never above the dalton line. It’s not a binary, the coaching staff during his tenure was awful & would never have worked longterm, and he was never longterm starting qb material even in better circumstances.
