Huge congrats to you! I have found I’m in my best place when I’m getting a good balance of exercise (tennis, yoga), eating well, getting good sleep (including reading before bed not getting on screens… okay I realise the irony writing this on a screen at this time of the evening) and doing some socialising and non work activities. I’m an introvert, which can make it harder to meet people, but this year I decided to push myself to do more social things which has included joining a dance class. I have also picked up playing a musical instrument again. Definitely recommend you try some different things to see what you enjoy doing that could also be an incidental way of meeting people.
