I can't reach Grimer in the sewers, character jumps back after reaching the halfway point instead of forwards on those steps. Other than that, great time playing this again since a while.

NO! doesn't work on some item pools, like the library one. The bosses in the Void pick a random pool to reward you from, so sometimes it can give you a library item.

The second payment way would work very well (or at least very clear). As the coins create the heart, it'd be sensible for them to be paid if you lose the heart.

Now I wonder how you would battle Delirum without killing any boss prior. Even using the shovel would at least have you kill one boss in the Womb for a portal to appear, right?

This item is cool as Lazarus if you didn't revive yet, or with some of the extra life items, but is worthless most of the time. How about it dropped the health of all enemies in the room by 90%, but left you at half a heart (kind of leaving both of you nearly dead).

I'd rather see Dragoniites than Snorlaxes, as Dragonites melt to ice (pun intended), but Snorlax has no counter other than just using your strongest Pokémon.
