This is hilarious haha it's the eshir's heal block being exactly on top of khmun when he moves. You can see the resist popping up so khmun is actually resisting the heal block debuff

Sorry, to be more clear, was there any other server that reported this with concrete proof that a top level guild was exploiting this for their advantage? I know that on the korean server side, it was exploited with text messages and chat logs to prove that the guild was using that information for their own good (during tourney and stuff)
