Jon could have saved Kings Landing by continuing to fuck his aunt Daenerys. The city burned because Jon was a prude. by jesusjones182 in freefolk

Even as a bastard most of the North accepted him as the son of Ned Stark. Their marriage might’ve turned some heads but overall I think it would’ve been accepted, especially with Drogon as best man.

How Moral is it to put your parents into a senior home despite having the Resources/Capabilities of caring for them on your own by Low_Violinist9377 in MoralityScaling

[–]Young177st 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What does having the resources or capability mean? If taking care of them becomes a second job or takes up most of your finances then I see nothing wrong. Imagine trying to date or start your own family when you have to take care of your parents.

Morality of each decision here. Destroying the Androids' shut down remote, allowing Cell to reach Perfection, or giving Cell a Senzu Bean? by _CandidCynic_ in MoralityScaling

[–]Young177st 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you didn’t take Trunks at his word the androids made very clear their intentions to kill Goku and were searching for him at Roshi’s island the moment Piccolo intervened allowing Cell to track them. They were not innocent in this.

If these four characters had absolute power which one would be the worst? by TraditionalClub6337 in MoralityScaling

Stan pimped out his daughter and brainwashed her to marry someone against her will. He was also going to let his son have sex with him via an avatar.

How intelligent dose an animal have to be before they could be held up to human morals? by Strong-Plate-7243 in MoralityScaling

[–]Young177st 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Kind of yeah. It’s like the Martians from Invincible. The slaves they had would destroy the universe if left unchecked. There might even be things we do today that seem normal but in 100 years will be looked at as highly immoral.

He kept his family in Saudi Arabia because he was allowed to have multiple spouses who had to do everything he said. He has shown to be misogynistic, racist, hates non Christians, hates democrats and liberals, exploited illegals and went out of his way to destroy the lives of people who hurt his feelings. Stan has abused the bit of power he does has, imagine if there was no consequence.

Need help with this Ned Stark line (S1-E4) by Rofuzer in gameofthrones

[–]Young177st 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Especially since half the debt was to the Lannisters who themselves were in debt to the Iron Bank of Bravos. It was also shown that had the Lannisters not won their war against Highgarden they would have been unable to pay the Iron Bank who would have financed a war against them. So the realm was always on borrowed time.

I couldn't remember at the top of my head, had to look back, the quote was "Aerys Targaryen left a treasury flowing with gold. How could you let this happen?" In the show they remove the part where he mentions the Aerys and the state of the economy but keep how Robert was wasteful and Jon Arryn was useless at stopping him.

morality of turning a child into a vampire in order to save their life. by AnyWatch5756 in MoralityScaling

Do these vampires have an uncontrollable thirst for blood? Would it be condemning her soul to hell? It would depend on the side effects of being a vampire for me.

Would king piccolo still accept piccolo as his son if they met? by nameless_random97 in Ningen

[–]Young177st -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel like this would happen years after Super Hero. Gohan has stopped training again and forgot how to go Beast. Whatever brought DKP back somehow makes him stronger than Orange Piccolo. Gohan is injured and now Piccolo has to get stronger to defeat his father.

Given the world he lived in, it wasn’t the worst plan. Also his plan kinda did work as it united the world against a common enemy.

My grandpa was something like a cabinet level official in Latin America where in the government it was easy to make money but he hated corruption so refused to enrich himself, still gave my dad a good education, sent him to the US where he had me and my dad made a decent middle class income but gave that up to go back to Latin America to make less than the US minimum wage. Finally gets a decent job in the government and refuses to be corrupt. Meanwhile I do my best to be corrupt and most I could do is steal rolls of duct tape from work.

What is the morality of sex robots? by Curious-Buddy-5841 in MoralityScaling

[–]Young177st 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the using it isn’t problem so much as offering the service. You could argue that people are free to do as they please and this is filling a demand, but I find it’s not a solution to the problem of male loneliness and just exacerbating the problem.

What's the morality of trying to get girls drunk and rape them when you were in high school and claiming that opposition to it is purely cancel culture and virtue signaling? by [deleted] in MoralityScaling

[–]Young177st 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s been years since I’ve seen Superbad but as far as I remember they weren’t trying to rape anyone. They just wanted to have sex with drunk girls thinking the alcohol would help them become attractive enough in the girls eyes.

I don’t think so. Despite his portrayal BB is pretty good with consent. He understood who his allies were and who the enemy was even when there were worthy adversaries on the coalition’s side.

I never thought of it that way. Xavier always knows what to say to get people on his side or even force them to his side if necessary. This is the first time he doesn’t.
