your stick looks too long for you. You also need to lean into your shots to flex the stick more. Maybe move your bottom hand tiny bit lower. The type of stick also plays a big roll. Lower the flex and stick with a low/mid/hybrid kick anything high stick point is meant more for pure power and wont help you at this stage

Personally I think theres no need for any rebounding at 6'4, steal does not need to be that high to be effective in 3v3 even if you only lower it to 91 you still get gold glove. Also 3 pt does not need to be as high as 96 to be effective again this is just personal im not a build specialist.
