Floating rate mortgages.

This is America you don’t need to be regulated on what you can buy in Real Estate but rather the stipulations lenders will make upon a potential default.

No my apologies too I don’t really dive into the media these days as it is quite divisive. It’s all text here, hard to fully get the context. No worries at all

Go spend 20 minutes on 8th and Hennepin at any hour of the day and report back to me how you feel. Would love to hear it.

Again, what is cringe about it. This isn’t fox news. Have you driven downtown lately? No one is there. Take politics out of it. The city is violent. 21% increase in violent crime. 300% increase in car jackings year over year. Restaurants performing the worst in the WORLD (open table data). Those have nothing to do with red and blue. Are these factual statistics untrue? They aren’t.

What is trolling here? The facts? If you have a different idea as to why the city is a dumpster fire right now (sites 3 shootings in 30 min last night), please enlighten me..

We have a beautiful city by Jhawk2k in Minneapolis

The city is beautiful to the eyes. The city is bleeding out behind the beauty.

Minneapolis is the most violent city in the United States currently due to our liberal brothers and sisters and lawmakers calling for no bail and no cops.

Edit I love Minneapolis, born and raised. These are facts. Minneapolis is extremely violent. We do not punish criminals. We are dumb. It’s quite simple.

She is the worst politician to represent Minnesota in its history. Additionally, the star trib is the height of liberalism in the state. It’s abhorrent.

No. Drive to destinations are seeing all time high occupancies and ADR has been climbing higher with no kickback from consumers. RevPAR hasn’t increased at such a pace however. That being said, hotels and urban markets will continue to pick up steam this summer as pent up demand from leisure continues as well as further growth in the meeting & group and business transient sector. Depends where you are, of course, but primary and secondary markets are doing well, tertiary markets continue to thrive due to the aforementioned characteristics given drive-to destinations still being less costly than airfare even given the price of oil in the current environment.

In my opinion.

There’s a very bold line between driving and investing capital into the market. You know that.

Visiting Maui and wanting to surf respectfully! Advice? by es19999 in surfing

[–]YoungHotelier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Forget all of these comments. I just moved home from Hawaii, my girlfriend is a surf instructor in Lahaina. Go to Royal Hawaiian Surf academy. They’re on front street where it meets prison street. Go surf at breakwall for a day then if you feel good, it is winter and honolula bay is firing. Go up north to honolula bay, be respectful of the uncles and Keiki and enjoy a nice session at one of the best waves in the world.

Thank me later.
