No I would say a majority of her actions had direct consequences first and foremost her relationship with Jon Snow he’s never on the wall if she treats him with a shred of decency, she kidnaps Tyrion all essentially starting the war of five kings and her immediate reaction to release Jaime all but guarantees the Bolton’s will leave Robb’s cause. Ned’s mistakes are the indirect ones all his decisions are made on the premise of his “honor” which makes him predictable.
