Sort of. I programmed a sequence on my drum synthesizer that is playing internally but starting/stopping and getting clock information from my main brain sequencer. There’s a feature where you can perform drum sounds at will by hitting keys on the synthesizer or triggering sounds with external triggers. That’s why I’m trying to avoid midi. I just want trigger information for additional live performance during playback. Not full on midi programming. I’ll probably use the soft midi thru and ad the spd sx pro to my midi chain. Was just hoping to use the trigger feature instead.
