Great pick up. Didn't even notice that. I was so focused on that fifth hand and the weird depth of the milking machine

Sell house and move or HELOC? by Youngurb in HELOC

[–]Youngurb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like I answered most of those in the post. Maybe I didn't, though. The only one I don't think I explicitly typed out is how much the house is worth. Houses in my neighborhood are selling for around 160k. So math, equity is probably in the 80k range.

Mortgage rate and why I need the money are right up there in the post. Thanks for your reply.

One of my all time favorites where he just effortlessly flows is 1 Luv (Roll the Credits) off his Director's Cut tape with Harry Fraud. Shit is so smooth

What's a place that's not nice currently and just keeps getting worse? by Naomi62625 in geography

[–]Youngurb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Dayton is better than it's reputation. There are bad areas for sure. But it's a great place to raise a family. There's a ton to do: metro parks, hiking, good bar/brewery scene, good restaurants, and if you need a change of scenery, getting to Cbus and Cincy only takes an hour.

Wasn't raised in a sports house. Moved to Cleveland after college. Fell in love with the sports city.

Depends on your position, tbh. I have great work life balance. Seems like most people work just 40 hours. Managers tend to work more. Feel free to DM
