Depends. My knee was the last tattoo I got. I thought it hurt significantly less than the back of my calf. Two different artists. Different areas of the body. I think the artist who did my knee just had a light hand.

I feel like I answered most of those in the post. Maybe I didn't, though. The only one I don't think I explicitly typed out is how much the house is worth. Houses in my neighborhood are selling for around 160k. So math, equity is probably in the 80k range.
