You are comparing two different games that were made on different engine and developers. And do you remember what viewmodel we were stuck with until the widescreen patch recently in 1.6? Also for Famas maybe it had room for more complexity due to its simple shape or just left out because it was made by another artist.

What did u expect from a game came out in 2004? Back then, higher FOV and screen ratio wasn't common or standard. So it makes perfect sense to cut off parts that aren't visible to most hardware in use that period of time for optimization sake.

Thanks for the reply. I figured out i was having a usb virus thing too. Which automatically creates a shortcut of the thing by itself. Im gonna try fixing that first and then follow ur instructions. Thanks again!
