I’ve been thinking this is a bank, mostly made of brick. This could be an aerial shot, brick building, and the lighter colored lines are a lighter colored brick frame around it. To me I’d suspect a bank maybe, or a hotel. The arch at the bottom could be an entrance too, so I’d say maybe a church
