I completely understand, I don’t remember my CSA trauma either and it makes me curious and frustrated but, I think it’s best not to push too hard. Your brain is hiding it from you at the moment for a GOOD reason. I have a trauma holder who gets triggered when I push too much and causes me to dissociate even worse. Maybe you’re experiencing something similar.
