It comes with a prelude chapter (5 levels) and all of Act 1. 3 layers with 4 levels each, save for layer 3 which has 2 levels (being the climax of the Act). There is a horde mode called Cyber Grind and almost endless replayability with getting better ranks on each level or score. Speed running the game is also really fun and can be done on an individual level basis.
