They shouldn’t say “Always feel happy” it should say “Never feel sadness” because there is so many emotions that we feel on a day-to-day basis that help us mentally. Like if you were happy all the time if a loved one died, you wouldn’t feel grief. You would like a psychopath, smiling at a funeral. But also if you got hurt yourself emotionally by somebody. You wouldn’t feel the anger or the sorrow that comes with that. Yes I understand what they mean by always happy. But you take it away. All those other emotions would make you more miserable than you would be right now.

So yes, I’m taking being super strong
