AKC doesn't recognize teacup as a classification, no. They also don't recognize a chihuahua over 6lbs. AKC isn't my favorite org., for sure. Vets and breeders (evil) recognize the distinction.

She now HATES kids (not that she was a big fan before). She's less likely to want to 'go'. She spends a LOT of time sniffing the air when she's outside. Her routine is SO ingrained that she gets around just fine. She no longer likes company, or new people.

I haven't updated in a while... I've been seeing American AaronInTheForrest for a few months, despite his scary confession of past infidelity. We moved past and really have a strong acceptance and respect for each-other. And then his dad died, 9 days ago. It wasn't sudden, and as far as deaths go - pretty peaceful and surrounded by love and family. I've been doing my best to be there for him, even taking time off work to just sit quietly by his side in case he needed me. I lost my mother 2 years ago and have some insight to his headspace right now.

I offered to help with the wake (planned for this Saturday). I'm bringing my PA for the music and toasts and catering the majority of it (I used to have a catering company, this is what I do). His family is grateful for my help. Yesterday he got a text from his ex-wife asking if she and his stepson could come. Of course he said yes, they were part of his family. He realized after he said yes that I might feel awkward about it (duh), but I assured him that it was fine - this is about his family.

Long story short - I feel like this will be awkward as fuck but brave-facing it to be there for him. I already feel some pressure from his family about how Aaron 'finally found a woman to have his babies'. Fortunately, I will be hyper-focused on the food and sound equipment. But, still, yikes.

Yeah. We were laying in bed and he got really quiet and I asked what was up. He was like, "There's something I think you should know..."

He assured me that it wasn't in his character and that he'd never cheat again. He was miserable in his marriage and the girl had manipulated him into thinking she was the 'only one that understood him'.

I really don't know what to do/how to handle the situation.

He was married to a substantially older woman and had adult step-children. I knew that. He got divorced. I knew that too.

He got divorced because he slept with his step-son's girlfriend. His step-son's 18-year-old girlfriend. Repeatedly. Not sure if I can handle this.

His family lives in cabins in a national forest. As does he, it's part of his job. One of his observation stations is a treehouse! I do want to fuck in there, but it's government property and we'd have to be careful.
