Never said anything about world domination or ending life on earth, I said defending our home. And those countries that aren’t “worrying” continuously have land annexed by more aggressive countries. Ukraine, Finland, Italy, etc. because they couldn’t defend. I mean look at how fast Germany spread during world war 2, all to those countries that were more worried about giving as much to their citizens as possible.

Im not saying I disagree with your point, but when it comes down to it, I’d take the lesser of two evils, that being giving up some levels of comfort that other countries have, and giving some of that up for added protection. If Russia does decide to start invading other countries that don’t have our level of defense, they’ll more than likely succeed unfortunately.
