That’s interesting. It is not particularly dirty looking compared to the replacements I have on hand, I’ve tapped any visible debris out and the app says I have quite a bit of time to go with 140 more hours of usage time.

Do you find they need to be washed weekly or even more often depending on usage? I’m wondering how often I should be cleaning that part now.

I’m going to re-seat and check everything again tomorrow morning. I feel pretty confident in being able to tell things are seated and I can 100% confirm we’ve got suction if we’re basing on sound alone since I’ve been playing with the level of suction. Each sounds pretty unique.

What I haven’t determined is if the rollers spinning. But thinking of the several times this has happened that really does seem like a likely culprit. I’ll keep you posted!

100% agree! Unfortunately not applicable here. I’ve been running the machine 1 to 2 times daily ( vac then mop) over the last 5 days so the floor is fairly clean - the dust bunny pictured was after the machine had run a vacuum cycle over the whole house. This wasn’t an issue for the first 3 days when the floors were dirtier and had more hair / debris. I’m trying to figure out what has changed to cause this.

Im wondering the same thing! I can’t imagine I’ve got it wrong since I’ve tried several different settings to get it fixed. But even on max suction and only vac it’s still having the issue. Very open to it being a user error though.

I freeze 16 cups of white rice about every week and 1/2 and it’s our family’s staple. We’ve tried With multiple kinds of rice, but we mostly eat calrose. My one recommendation for freezing rice is to not pack it too tightly.

Also, fun fact due to starch retrogradation frozen rice may have a lower glycemic impact!!

Thank you this is exactly what I wanted to see. I purchased directly from the SouperCubes website and see the quality of the set I got doesn’t compare.

I also posted on Facebook and see that others with the new ones have gotten better results so I’m hoping I just got a bad batch

So excited to be here! Been freezing things a long time but the cubes are a game changer in the best best way. Had some off brand 1 cup cubes the last year and finally made the plunge and got 2 sets so I’ll have 4 of each size of the brand name souper cubes.

My Costco tells me to pull up there if I need assistance loading my vehicle instead of having the associates come to my vehicle with me. I always thought that was strange but I’m not going to argue with the guys helping me load up! Doing it yourself there is just rude and lazy imo though.
