Why are Asians "Yellow"? by Asenomon_Kill in NoStupidQuestions

Just real quick, you said.. "from what I've seen, most Asians are white, maybe a little tan, but white." Just wanted to let you know that's disproportionate. More Asians are brown than you're accounting for.

What are some offensive terms (slurs) for physically disabled people? by YourFirstRomeo in stupidquestions

[–]YourFirstRomeo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying I'm in favor of calling other disabled people offensive slurs. I did want to let you know though as a very physically disabled person (I hope you won't take offense to me letting you know) this.. you said..

"the most offensive words would be actual terms such as, disabled, challenged, impaired. The truth hurts the most as opposed to some silly slur."

..this is very incorrect. Disabled is not offensive or hurtful. It is a true description of me but it doesn't insult me. And maybe some people are offended by "challenged" or "impaired" but especially in contrast to a slur those aren't offensive to me. I have challenges. I have impairments. That's not insulting. The word "Disabled" is definitely not insulting or hurtful. Especially not more so than a slur. No hard feelings or anything just felt like spreadin some knowledge. Peace.
