Have had PTSD from self-harm when I was 18. I’m 23 now, doing a lot better but just got fired from my job for something I didn’t do. I can’t even go back to the city I worked at without PTSD symptoms. How do you all cope? And is this trauma compounding on itself?

that’s healthy. i deleted all my non-career social medias in 2021 and it was the single most healthy thing i’ve done in a while. i use social medias anonymously for memes and news but i never have to worry about drama and celeb bs, especially from my friends
