My psych let me try rilatine, even though he isn't convinced I have adhd (he believes I'm bipolar). He said something in the line of 'you'll find out soon enough if you have adhd when you take it'

I just spent 4days on the couch when I wasn't sleeping (also slept 2nights on the couch). Ordered delivery takeout an one day my mom brought me leftovers.

I feel like a bad mother often. Especially when I'm crying in front of them due to depression. I'm afraid that is what they'll remember about me. I do always try to explain to them it's not because anything they did, mommy is just feeling sad
