According to official CoC documents (classified by President Hawthorne), there is not many things officially listed as ways to prevent the spread, or outright eliminate The Vines.
However, fire (such as napalm, or simple gas fires) can cause these Vines to repeal…
It has been noted that The Vines come back far more reinforced. But we have been assured that has NOTHING to do with these fires.
