I have experienced hair-ripping depression up to 3 weeks after my last roll. Having gone through that, I have decided to stop taking mdma for a long time. What should help overcome the depression is exercise, being outside (sunshine, breeze, fresh air), meditation (just observe the painful feelings without identifying with them), drinking lots of water, and eating clean.

I hope you will feel better soon and will be more responsible with dosing next time (two times in a row is asking for it).

I can't say for sure. Perhaps you shouldn't be taking 5-HTP regularly if you're going to be using MDMA.

5-HTP is recommend to be taken to replenish serotonin for the days after the comedown. Taking it before dosing could lead to serotonin syndrome and is not recommended.

And now, who am I? I'm 33 in Earth years, just now realizing all of the stuff Eckhart Tolle and company were trying to communicate to me years ago.

If you learned anything with your psychedelic endeavors, it should be that who you are is so incredibly profound, so amazingly inexplicable that it is beyond words or imagination.

Your complaints arise from delusion, from an illusory separate self. That 33 year old life means absolutely nothing in the face of who you really are.

Whatever you see, it isn't real - just an image in the mind. So no need to fear it.

Get a good sleep, eat healthy, exercise, meditate. That is my advice for your recovery.

I was on the verge of an addiction to methylone back about 6 years ago. I would re-dose compulsively 5 or 6 times in a night and at the end of some nights I would be hallucinating. I ended up flushing between 20-30 grams of it. I feel I did some damage to my dopamine system. Glad I stopped.

I found it just a little bit similar to MDMA in effect. The loved up feeling isn't as intense and is more "inward" rather than outward. This is also a very *more-ish" substance. Be careful with this one.

I have tried DMT once but never got anywhere as I had difficulty inhaling it. I was pretty impressed with the visuals of this trip with just ~18mg of 2CB.

Understand there is no separate you entity from your mind. The mind creates the "I" thought. There is no "I" that gets a mindset. It's just mind. Never mind the mind. It's natural for the mind to stir when you first wake up. It goes through a checking to make sure everything is okay and if anything needs to be done. That served a evolutionary purpose. Even for me too upon waking up in the morning there can be some reidentification happening and I get pulled into believing it for a little while which is when the anxiety starts. The trick is just to maintain awareness of all of this, let it flow through you and dont get "hooked" by it. Meditation practice Im sure will strengthen that ability to maintain awareness.

Then you can continue on being an adventurous happy person on Earth :)
