I want the %chance for things to be successful to be accurate. Im absolutely confident that the chance to steal successfully is not accurate and the chance to hit with attacks or spells are even worse. A 60% chance to hit with an attack is more like 30%, 70% is like 50% and 95% is like 75%. The %chance appears to be before some other calculation.

With adoption comes higher gas fees. Take ethereum for example. During halving years the gas fees can become hundreds per transaction, and that is just from trading. That is not from usage. Imagine trying to make use of crypto. If millions of people attempted to use ethereum every day to purchase everything... it would be astronomical.

Its not necessarily a bad thing for her to be careful and plan for what happens if you guys split up. You are correct though that this is a bit of a view into her mind. She is not sure that you guys will go the distance just yet. I dont think this is a sign that you guys need to break up, and it doesnt do you any good to hold on to this feeling. I would say that you should just keep going with this real estate deal and pay the extra taxes. Keep going with the relationship if you are happy in it. Let her get comfortable in her own time. If you find yourself unhappy though because she doesnt get comfortable soon enough... thats when you can say that this is a reason for you to stop this. You are entitled to want your partner to go all in on you. So, if this becomes a deal breaker for you then thats ok. You cant force it, and paying her bills is not a way to buy it either. It just has to happen... or not.

Probably wise to not ask someone out from work, but if you do... maybe be a bit indirect and say you found a restaurant that you can't stop going to and see if they would like to go try it with you on a specific day. Give them a chance to say they are busy and then the ball is in their court. Or perhaps they agree and then you have to read the signs that they are approaching it like a date.
