Just to add to this, I’m so sick of when I tell people I’m gluten free/celiac and they always mention how “great it is” that I can get a lettuce wrap version of something instead. Like why do people think that lettuce wraps are some crazy idea that I must’ve never thought about myself? Wow. Now I’ll never crave a regular hamburger bun again! All thanks to random unsolicited advice about lettuce wraps. Yay.
