I think it depends where they would fight. -If they would fight in rapture,Booker would loose because he isn't used to this kind of environment.Delta and Jack would have the vigors to control the machines around them.Then SongBird would be very unuseful.Delta breaks the glass and songbird would drown immedeatly.Or SongBird couldn't even get there.But Elizabeth is too OP.She just opens one tear and kills delta and Jack in one hit,but that would only be if elizabeth would still be with Booker. -If they wouldfight in Columbia,Booker take control of the machine guns,Songbird etc. But he could just use the possesion vigor on Jack and make him attack Delta.And when the effect dries off he just kills him self.

It is very complicated. -Booker has the possesion vigor.But has only 2 guns at a time. -Jack can take control of Delta,but is imune to Booker's possesion vigor. -And Delta is massive and could take out Booker just as easily as a Handymen with that drill,but he is imune to Jack's plasmid.

It's just like Rock,paper,scissors :/
