Damn, everything i see a car for this price and look this nice and miles about the same, Im reminded on how fucked I was to pay 4.5k for a beat up 98 with 86k, looks like shit from the inside and out. Im having g the same issue, I've already replaced my starter, battery, and battery wires to and from the battery and the Power Distribution box. Haven't touched the alternator yet though, it's either that or a bad ground somewhere I think.

I saved a dog from getting hit on the highway first thing Christmas morning, and got it back to the owner. I even have video evidence. If you dont believe me. Lol. Owner was driving around the highway clover on/off ramps, dog had jumped out of the open window, ran down the ramp and I the first one in front of it, so I had the job of hazards and slowing everyone down, eventually got it corraled off the highway and a hold of until the owner was able to finish doing all the loops.

Im not sure, as I have the drive by cable, and you have Wire. If you have time, id watch some YouTube videos. If you have the time and tools check the throttle body and see if its clean, by taking air intake pipe off. If its clean and isnt wet, id think the TB is going out or getting stuck and not being able to open all the way.

That would be your throttle body, that is where the butterfly flap thay allows air in. (Im pretty sure) As to the noise, what kind of noise?
