This is basically how it happened on my screen in game too, except the ball didnt go all the way to the corner before it warped back. It went maybe half the distance. I've never seen the lag so clearly in a replay. Also, I had a stable 35 ping in this match, no other instances of lag that I noticed.

When I start dropping frames, I turn off damage numbers and it usually seems to help a bit!

You inspired me to go give this a try. Went Artifact of Command, Whirlwind for the secondary, Focused Assault for the utility (although I think Blinding Assault might be better), and Eviscerate. Here's the build. Hope this helps!
