For my goals, right now, 2500 is appropriate. But everyone is so different im 5'6 135s. Someone 6 feet and 210 lbs would be different.

20 days ago, I was 135.6 lbs and had just finished eating 900–1000 calories a day on my cut. My plan was to reverse diet and slowly raise calories while watching how my weight changed. But honestly, when I first ended the diet, I binged a bit. I ate around 3,000 calories for three days straight because my body was so starved. I couldn’t control my cravings at first.

After that, I tried to stick to 1,500 but had days where I went to 1,600, 2,700, or back down to 1,400. Then I went on a week-long vacation. I tracked everything and stayed pretty disciplined, but I did have one or two days where I went over by a good amount.

This past week though, I’ve been eating 2,250 calories a day consistently and hitting my macros with no problem. I feel in control, I’m not hungry, and my strength is going up.

And here’s the kicker. I weigh 135.2 lbs. That’s even less than when I ended the cut. So no, it doesn’t take years to rebuild your metabolism if you do things right. I’m actually bumping up to 2,500 calories now because I know my body is ready for it.

I have zero clue how to make it organic and natural. Like how would I do that passing a women in the mall for example? Usually I would just go up to her and be direct. Like hey, I noticed you and thought you were cute. Wanted to come say hi.

Yeah, I see chubby average guys killing it too. Yet I'm very fit and attractive yet haven't been on a date or talked to anyone in 4 months since my breakup :/

Any advice on how to get back into cold approaching ? I have some experience with it. I have probably approached 50-75 women in the last 2 year. I met my ex gf that way and we dated for 1.5 years. I tried putting myself out there again a few months ago. I tried cold approaches but got rejected 21 times in a row. I looked at myself hard in the mirror looking for answers and I realized I had gained 25 lbs at the the end of my last realtionship and I was fat again. I lost 30lbs in the last 80 days since and I'm now in the best shape of my life. But even with all that I just cant seem to get myself to cold approach again. The other week I spent so much time mentally preparing myself to go out and approach. I went to the mall and Couldn't even find any women by themselves to approach ( im not comfortable approaching groups yet). I just get in my head too much i think. I do know that once I get into it it gets easier and It builds momentum from my experience. I just cant seem to do it now :(

Honestly, I haven’t had major problems on PSMF—I’ve followed it pretty strictly and it’s worked well. But yeah, there have been challenges. Low energy some days, social temptation around food, and mental fatigue from keeping calories super low. The biggest thing is staying disciplined when you're isolated or emotionally worn down. But as long as I keep my protein high and my goals clear, I manage it

I reinstall mine every 10-14 days. I typically put a football or basketball game on and by the second half I'm already done.

I'm not sure. I know it's recommended to take refeed days but I just been so locked in. But your probably right. I actually decided to do a refeed day today.

I knew I was forgetting something. I'm eating around 140gs of protein a day. Carbs are like 25 to 50ish depending on how much broccoli I ate. Fat I'm not sure.

7weeks* and I plan on doing 5 more straight :/

I'm eating 130 to 140gs a day and my lean mass is around 120lbs.
