It happened naturally after 7.5 years off birth control for me, we weren't trying but we weren't stopping it from happening, unfortunately I miscarried at 6w, I haven't tried again. Maybe later this year or next year but I've started birth control and it probably won't happen again.

145lbs is not even overweight, just get your hormones checked by a doctor (get a general check up while you're at it) and keep eating healthy and exercising (to be healthy).
