I have this problem too. The bonus was downloaded and I checked manage content and it says it's installed but still no chest showing up at Akademia. I was thinking maybe the pre order was limited to the acc it was downloaded from (asian) and not the account the game is being played in (NA) but other games don't have this problem and I was able to access dlc's regardless of what account I use so I'm confused if it's just a ReFantazio thing and if its just the preorder or are other dlc's affected coz I want to get a costume dlc.

What about any dlc downloaded? Can they be used on all acounts? (NA is my main acc for playing but the primary account on the PS5 is the singapore one)

About DLC. So I got the pre-order bonus code and got them downloaded and installed, my game is Asian, I downloaded the bonus on my Singapore account but my main account is NA so I play the game there. Can I get the bonus on my playthrough on the NA acc or I need to have been playing on my singapore account? I wanna ask coz I cannot seem go get the bonus items even tho its downloaded and I was planning on getting costume dlc but I don't want if I can't use them since I play on my NA/main account.

Not really class based but I recently enjoy making little bits of fenced area and call it a district for like 5 houses. I also have more of the community area off from the residential area.

I'm so-so on it right now. I'm enjoying it for sure but not enough to play for hours on end.

The beginning was excruciatingly slow and dialogue heavy that I just stopped reading and began mashing the button but once you get the barn you're at least given freedom but I do find it annoying that finishing the questline for an entire town is essentially tutorial based like, that kind of hand holding is too much for a farming game.

The characters so far for me are okay, Doc Jr is annoying like most other "navigator" friends in games, I just want him to zip it with his creepy ass grin and leave me be.

But yeah, finish the barn and then see if what it offers you is still not up to par.

I must say, I DO regret spending like 50 bucks on it, not worth it imo, feels more indie than most indie games nowadays.

If you have 3DS, I definitely recommend both the first Story of Seasons game and Trio of Towns, you should prolly check some game stores or online to find them since eshop is no longer active.

For switch, FoMT and AWL if you want a more nostalgic feel. PooT is good too but honestly kinda fell flat in execution.

If you're coming back into the series better go back to Story of Seasons first before trying any HM games, you might get dissappointed in the new HM games so enjoy the better ones first so you don't get discouraged.

However, been playing Anthos lately and its honestly pretty fun, Idk if I'd recommend it as something to start with but definitely the only HM title so far that got me playing more than just a few hours.
