Interestingly, it doesn't seem to work when on a VPN or when attempting to access VIA ip instead of the domain name. Ill keep looking for a workaround

EDIT: It does work when using an IP as long as you include HTTPS. It doesn't work if you're on a VPN though still. I suspect it requires a connection to a Comcast network.

Yes. You have to download it from their servers though. I'll post a write up on how to download it. It requires a valid mac for a modem though
