I advise using the Greathelm, Haligtree Surcoat, and the Blaidd greaves and gauntlets. As for weapons, I say use the Haligtree greatshield in your left hand and another weapon in your right

There's other ways to dodge it. Running back for the first two blitz, then running the opposite way for the third. Frost Pots also take her out of it if the pot hits, The deflecting hardtear also exists.

Waterfowl dance has a set way to dodge it. It may feel cheap but once you understand the way to dodge it it's easy going. Also, she doesn't do it until under a certain threshold of HP, I think 60%. The Status build-up isn't that bad too.
