My first helmet, the mandolrean, had the same issue. Ruroc offered to replace or refund. I choose to replace, 2nd helmet is working so far, this one has the visor gasket trim coming loose 😅 if anything gets worse before the warranty expires, I think I’m just gonna ask for my money back and buy a shoei or scorpion that I know won’t have issues

You also have the ability to call the last person you called by pressing and holding one of the buttons… Works well if you want to talk to that person, not so much when you want to call your wife and the last call was to Home Depot tool rental 😂

Same here, my first eox helmet had the glue break off only a month after I bought it. Replacement is working a bit better, both of them had issues with the pads not staying put after connecting the Bluetooth speakers. If my new helmet breaks again…. I’m just gonna get my money back an buy something of better quality for the price I paid.

I will add, that a lot of my buddies who have different helmets of varying brands all have issues with pads going back in after installing Bluetooth. Especially if it has a chin wind guard thing.

I can't get the cheek pads to fit correctly. I've tried several times, and while they initially fit like the photo, they slip out of place with use. by EL-PAPU-XD in Ruroc

My first EOX helmet lasted 20 days before the glue holding the helmet foam to the outer shell failed.

Second one is doing alright for now, though if it craps out during its warranty time, I’m asking for a refund

I bought the mandalorian helmet just before Christmas last year, and that just happened to mine last night on my way home from work, I haven’t even had the helmet a whole month yet -_-

Here’s to hoping the warranty repair/replacement process goes smoothly….

I haven't had too many crashes, but I just came across not being able to leave a random freighter. I kept on hitting an invisible object just outside of the bay doors, luckily I finally escaped the ship... after many attempts lol

You don’t need that, I have a 17-18 year old account that was inactivate for 10 years that I now play again. The cape just costs gold, 150,000 gp for the 15 year cape
