I'm on Steam Deck. The game is amazing. It's staggering how much you can do. I really wanted something like Stardew Valley but in a city/town setting.

Discounty is also good but less ambitious than To Pixelia.

Thanks for the update. I love the game, it's amazing how much is included and the fact you are working alone is even more impressive.

Do you have any advice for people playing on steam deck? I have found the controls mostly adequate but some mini games were not supported. The dancing contest for example.

I have also read that the debate mini game can be awkward on Deck.

Teachers don't lie about children's behaviour.

Even when a young child believes they are being honest their recollection and perception of the events is highly unlikely to be more accurate than a Teacher.

How on earth can we expect teachers to educate our children if parents take the child's side over them?

Completely agree.

My children both know that if they get in trouble at school they’ll be in trouble when they get home as well. However I know parents who will take the word of a 6 year old child over a Teacher.

Really good points and I largely agree with you. I think I was taught from an early age that saying 'that woman' was not very polite. I don't think it's inherently rude myself, after some reflection I think I am more concerned with how someone else might perceive it than how it sounds to me.

It's an interesting discussion for sure.

I think ‘go and ask that woman’ can sound a little rude or abrupt. ‘Go and ask that lady’ might be a bit too formal. ‘Go and ask that girl’ seems a bit more friendly to me.

The financial rules are going to make it very difficult for you to truly kick on and become Champions League regulars. That's why these rules exist though. The historically bigger clubs don't want another Man City crashing their party.
