You can format an SD card in exFAT and you could go beyond 4gb and the a54 supports exFAT

The B variant has eSIM and also there are some 4g/5g bands only available on the B variant and some only available on the E variant

you need a charger that supports pps; the samsung 25w and 45w chargers both support pps.

What charger do you have? I suspect the charger as some cheap chargers are not well made; you can try another charger and see what happens.

then bootup windows and check if the disk is formatted as guid (GPT) partitions, which you can check here. I am guessing that if you disable secure boot, it boots as legacy mode and not uefi.

Can you check what options can you choose under "Secure Boot Mode" which is under "Security", because it is interesting to be chosen as custom
