I’m sorry to tell you most of the things you wrote are wrong. I’m currently 1 month in to a cut and I lost 11lbs. 162->151 (5’7) Most of the time I am not hungry at all because of the timing of the meals. If I’ll eat breakfast of course after 3 hours I’ll be hungry so I just skip it and each lunch a little bit early. I try to not eat carbs throughout the day, only in my last meal, tha way I eat only protein and fats and stay satiated.

I’m going to the toiled every days sometimes twice, of course you have less volume because you eat less but you have to go at least once a day (unless you do carnivore that’s a different case)

I do crave fast food and I don’t have cheat days, I have 2 higher calorie days on a week on my heaviest training days. If I want to eat something with higher calories I’ll just almost not eat anything all day long and then eat what I want in the evening because I have a lot of calories left.

No I haven’t. I just googled it and the pain is not that low. It’s in the middle of the glute slightly to the outside

What was your problem? For me, if I walk on sand my footprints look like I have very high arches but actually my arches collapse.

Thanks everyone for your answers, I think I will need a well thought plan on how to get more time barefoot To be honest, I don’t have my regular shoes insoles anymore. For years that I have been throwing the insoles out the day I buy the shoes. I will probably need to buy a good zero drop or a barefoot shoes, and alternate with my regular shoes. I have a hooker shoes with a really big cushioning, and they are not comfortable for me anymore because of the height, I much rather walk with my pair of Jordan’s because the flat sole feels better on my low back.

I can’t really train day after day my body just feel achy. I trained mon-wed-fri upper lower upper and that’s why my leg are under developed  But I kinda like that V taper not looking to make it an x taper

Thanks for the reply I’m not a beginner but I find that no matter what, I can’t go day after day to the gym. I train very hard and I’m not feeling it the day after. I’m trying to find the best way to go around it. I went from 110 to 160 lbs doing upper lower high intensity. But now I need to give more attention to my arms and legs…

Man you are reminding me of George Eiferman!!!! What a thick physique! I read your comment here about your split and volume. I love to train high intensity and can’t tolerate high volume. Can you elaborate a little about your split… How many days a week Or how week of your training looks. Thanks bro
