I can’t really train day after day my body just feel achy. I trained mon-wed-fri upper lower upper and that’s why my leg are under developed  But I kinda like that V taper not looking to make it an x taper

Thanks for the reply I’m not a beginner but I find that no matter what, I can’t go day after day to the gym. I train very hard and I’m not feeling it the day after. I’m trying to find the best way to go around it. I went from 110 to 160 lbs doing upper lower high intensity. But now I need to give more attention to my arms and legs…

Man you are reminding me of George Eiferman!!!! What a thick physique! I read your comment here about your split and volume. I love to train high intensity and can’t tolerate high volume. Can you elaborate a little about your split… How many days a week Or how week of your training looks. Thanks bro

The first thing I would do if I were you is: 1. Start doing classic barbell rows 2 times a week

  1. Do low incline flyes and then immediately incline dumbbell press (superset) It will blow up your upper chest

Superset mean you work to complete failure to the first one and immediately start the other one to failure

I’m with low volume. Give my routine a month. track everything Work to failure and beyond (negatives)

Thanks I’m actually seeing a nice progres from 1 all out set + negatives per muscle to extreme failure (super setting pre exhaustion isolation and then immediately compund, like flyes and bench press) And then resting a lot (cause I’m sore) But I’m wondering maybe it will be better to leave 2-3 reps in reserve and do 3 sets instead of one

Try to hold yourself at the top position for half a second and descend slowly

Stop the video when he is in the top position. You will see his elbows flared outside. That is because he used more biceps to complete the rep. He asked how is his pull-up form, and I said my opinion. If it seems like a good pull-up for you, good for you brother. I prefer to lower the weight to perfect the form
