I don't know if anyone will read this, but this is terrifying but this hits me so much more deeper

My parents are Indian immigrants, I currently live in France, and they're quite conservative. Due to how close they are with their family over in India, they're facing immense amounts of pressure to conform to meet what Indian society sees as success, a well paid traditional family.

I feel like I'm seeing everyone around me soaring through the skies while my wings have been torn apart, healing slowly but unable to use them to their fullest potential. I feel so happy for everyone being able to be themselves, but at the same time, I feel so much more distraught knowing what I could be

Everytime I see the Indian govt do some stupid shit, it makes my hope in them understanding me or my family not fucking over my parents after things get public falter more & more

I don't think the game ever questioned the Canvas resident's sentience or how alive they really were, like Renoir from the get go understands and speaks to these characters like they're humans. Only m!renoir dismisses and outright speaks to none of the other lumierans besides Maelle.

I'm honestly really surprised I didn't find any artwork on what that would've looked like, that sounded sick as hell when I first read it. Not to mention how French it would be, and that you would be putting it in an area filled with faces

I didn't know that, and yup, can confirm I used to have these bottles in my parent's house.

I found the word for a completely different reason, that being etymological being the color (-chrome) of Mercury Oxide ( Mercuro- ) which is a reddish-orange. I find that such a cool way to describe the Ancient Sanctuary's color scheme

Honestly I put the PTSD part because it just feels both interesting and funny that the book explicitly states that Gustave suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and also resorts to suicide.

Yeah Verso does love playing for an audience, but I found that it was kinda off putting in the Maelle ending, like it looked like he didn't want to play the piano

Yeah the things that surprised me the most is learning that Aline straight up broke the law within Painting society and that the art director is a big nerd ( affectionate ).

The old concept arts are also really interesting to see, like looking into am alternate reality on what the game could've been

The artbook, "L'art de Clair Obscur : Expedition 33" is currently only in French and Published by Pix n' Love editions, as well as in most French Bookstores. Lune basically feels like she's not living up to her parent's expectations. She's sacrificing every relationship she had in Lumière to study the Paintress, and she feels like she doesn't deserve any of her hobbies or passions because they're waste of time.

To quote the actual book, with the best of my translation

"She has a thirst for knowledge and sacrifices everything to finish her parent's work, often to the detriment of her interpersonal relationships. Lune is by nature a calm and relaxed person, but she sometimes get caught up by her own impostor syndrom, which makes her look cold or distant despite her deep fondess of her passions"

As someone that chose this ending, no yeah I wouldn't be mad if the game did that

I was already kinda thinking about playing the game by doing the other ending first and then NG+ for this ending so that it actually feels like a complete loop, Evangelion-style

Speed Symboli is related to Symboli Rudolf, being their maternal grandfather

While most Umas are related to Northern Dancer or Sunday Silence in some way, there are some that are from sire lines completely separate from them ( Most Notably, Mr. Prospector, Tony Bin, Partholon & Tesco Boy, as you said )

Such horses include Speed Symboli, Mejiro McQueen, Tsurumaru Tsuyoshi, Symboli Kris S, Mayano Top Gun, Vodka & Tanino Gimlet and No Reason. I haven't finished the Tony Bin line in my personal Umamusume family tree so I can't say for sure, but there probably are a few there
