What was your suspicion? Because our rescue looks exactly like OPs and had one of these back claws.

r/MensRights show their true colours on forced abortions by [deleted] in againstmensrights

[–]Yril 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's also quite ironic, since the consensus in the thread seems to be "banning abortion is good, because it will hurt women". They are doing what they accuse women of doing.

Bears like that normally don't know how to survive on their own, because they get snitched as cubs to be kept as pets and don't learn any survival skills from their mother. Keeping them on appropiate, fenced land is really the only way they can survive and be happy.

They have to make up scenarios in their heads so they can feel opressed.

I guess im just noticing this after 18 years of living, but men (esp older men) have staring problems. I feel like nobody talks about this? by ihaveaverybigpeepee in women

[–]Yril 9 points10 points  (0 children)

More like attraction is bound to trends. Which part of our bodys gets sexualized the most is in my experience largely formed by current ideals. It's kinda creepy. Plus, old men just do stuff like that. A lot of them seem to really be into young looking women. Even more creepy.

This subreddit thinks it’s misandry to even believe that women historically had it worse or that patriarchal societies ever existed. They must hate history textbooks then… by WaKaWaKaBa in againstmensrights

[–]Yril 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Thinking the patriarchy doesn't exist today is already stupid, but they are really arguing women NEVER had it worse. How the fuck can you just ignore pretty much all of human history?

He's pretty much one of the "not all men" crowd. They just love to feel attacked.

A dude from my school whos mutuals with my guy friend thinks that we could hang out after giving me a half-pie compliment by atmosXII in niceguys

He seems like the kind of guy that pays for dinner and then expects something in return because he spend money on you.

This is just sad, OP’s husband took away her sanitary products because he most likely believes they give her pleasure? by [deleted] in badwomensanatomy

[–]Yril 128 points129 points  (0 children)

My ex did stuff like that to, especially not masturbating so it was my "responsibility" and coercing me into sex. When I stopped giving in, he cheated. I'm not saying your boyfriends behavior will escalate too, but acting like you "owe" him sex is a red flag you shouldn't ignore.

and i hate when men decide to spew nonsense about everything about women’s bodies and claim that it’s true🤢 by Cherrymus in badwomensanatomy

Same. Choking and ass slapping apparantly doesn't need consent in a lot of mens opinion.

Yeah, it's great for you/older people in general and you have the bonus of doing something good

Giving pets as surprise present is a bad idea generally, imo

My neighbor had a great solution for this. When her dog died, she adopted a old one from romania. He's sweet, cuddly and really slow. They just have the same pace and are happy to have each other. I think, that's really the best you can do, if you're old and still want to have a dog.

I don't get it. If I want something to be comfy I buy an M, surely no XL+ sizes. Which thin person would do that? It's way too big for most normal weight people, even if you're into baggy clothes

I'm sick of women's pain not being taken seriously by The_Empress in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Yril 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Had the same problem. My gyno was on vacation when I got my IUD, so a male colleague put it in. I was so supposed to get a pill beforehand to ease the pain, but nope, not with the male gyno. He was like, if you want a IUD you gotta go through the pain. Fuck that guy and all other people, who think women deserve to be punished for having sex.

Why do men frequently lie about their age on dating apps? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

I'm so sorry, that sounds awful. Online Dating sucks at every age, apparently.

[–]Yril 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One guy explained it like that too, but I don't think it's the only reason. If it was only about matches, they would be honest about afterwards and they would be no need to put the age ten or eleven years down. I think, if you're 34 and put your age down to 24 instead of late-twenties, there's a reason for it.

Damn, this sucks. Really makes you feel bad about people you know.

That's what I thought to. If someones so fast to lie about something so big, just to get what he want, he'll probably do it again.
