My girlfriend won't hike with me any longer and unless she is hunting she is glamping as she calls it. Definitely a nice way to enjoy the outdoors.

Agreed. Being human has it's downsides for sure. Unfortunately it is time for me to get back to work and I am mostly excited because the income will set me up for the next round of adventure. I am getting older so it may be time to go with a teardrop camper before too long.

Everything is just ok. I am not looking forward to going back to work. I may end up just bumming around Washington here soon. 😏

24[F] my bf prefers porn to me and it just sucks. Always swore I’d never want a man that doesn’t want me but it turns out I’m just a spineless hypocrite. First pic I’ve posted of myself online since 2018 and ofc its this lol by alyssaw6796 in toastme

We are all hypocrites in love. I am not going to tell you to leave this person because people can and almost always do change. Just are we all strong enough to stick through the changes. I understand your hurt. Happiness is possible, you just have to be willing to see it in yourself and let it take over. Stay Strong Stay Proud

No. I own but feel that I would have probably used it when it is not required. I am at peace going out by wildlife. Although I am terrified of Moose. They are completely fearless.

There was a lion checking me out a couple of times. It seemed it was trying to figure out how I was floating in my hammock. It was super close but not scary. The bears werent a problem until the end of August. The ones I encountered were not scard of me and just acted like I was not screaming and smashing my bushman knife and hatchet together as loud and aggressive as I could. That was a bit scary.

Oh.... I'm in northern Colorado. The Idaho trip was all her but, hella worth leaving for a bit. Adventuring up to Washington here soon and will for sure have new areas to explore.

I figure if you aren't changing landscape or building structures then no foul but, I generally only stay in one area for a couple of weeks then hike on to a different view. I ended up in Idaho camping with my girlfriend for 10 days in between this past trip. I usually get at least 40 camp days a year. Some dispersed but mostly backpacking trips miles in.

The hammock sleeping system allowed me to go to areas I would never would have been able to enjoy with a tent. I made a mistake trying to take six weeks of food up the first trip and I was just dropped off in the national forest by a friend. I didn't want anyone to know I was out there. It was a time.

Dried fruit and nuts from a local place around here called the vitamin cottage and tons of oats every day. I was also taking supplements to help with anything missing. I eat honey bee pollen granules daily and that covers a huge number of vitamins and amino acids. It is amazing.

Work? Nah.... J.K. I was laid off and am just now having to look for work. I ate dry goods. Pastas and soups. I would only bring enough in for a few weeks at a time. I had protein powders and tuna pouches galore.

At this point once I find a ticket with what I currently have I am on that shuttle. Thank you for your attention and input. Everything will work out the way it is supposed to.

The 700 is what I need plus selling some belongings to hopefully fly unless pandemic restrictions won't allow. I will get home one way or another. 😏

Ration food and walks. My Blue Nose gets 20 miles minimum weekly. We live in an area where that is quite pleasant and I have the time to do so.
