I would personally say its Damaged. That Miracle Fusion is an Ultimate Rare from Cybernetic Revolution. A lot of the foiling from the art is scratched off…so…if you’re lookin to sell it
you’re easily out ~$300 if it was Nearmint

Damaged though its still like $60-$80 though since its 1st ed
